What we do for you.

While the walls are open, wiring can be built in neatly. We lay new circuits, fit sockets, switches and recessed spotlights and adapt existing installations.

Because we also plaster and fit drywall, chases and boxes are closed up neatly straight away. In Belgium an electrical installation must comply with the AREI regulations. A new installation or major change is followed by an inspection by an accredited body.

Is an inspection required?

In Belgium, an inspection by an accredited body is required after a new electrical installation or a major change, under the AREI regulations. We discuss this beforehand.

Can recessed spotlights go in my ceiling?

Yes, especially in a new or suspended drywall ceiling. We plan the spots together with the ceiling.

Do the walls need opening for new wiring?

Usually chases are cut. During a renovation this is done before plastering, so everything is finished smoothly afterwards.
